📏 Adverbios de Grado (Degree Adverbs)

🧠 ¿Qué son?

Los adverbios de grado indican la intensidad, cantidad o nivel de algo.
Nos dicen “qué tanto” se hace algo o “cuán” fuerte, alto, bueno, malo, etc., es algo.

📌 ¿Dónde van?

• Generalmente antes del adjetivo o adverbio que modifican.
  👉 She is very happy.
  👉 He runs quite fast.
• También pueden ir antes de un verbo, pero no es tan común.

✅ Antes de:

un adjetivo:

1. The exam was very difficult.
2. She is quite friendly.
3. This food is too spicy.
4. He is so tall.
5. That dog is extremely loud.

un adverbio:

6. He runs very fast.
7. She speaks quite clearly.
8. They arrived almost late.
9. You answered really well.
10. He jumped too quickly.

✅ Después de adjetivo con enough:

12. She’s smart enough to understand.

1. The room is not very clean.
2. That’s not quite right.
3. She isn’t good enough for the team.
4. He doesn’t study hard enough.
5. The soup isn’t hot enough.

🧮 Adverbios de Cantidad (Quantity Adverbs)

🧠 ¿Qué son?

Los adverbios de cantidad indican cuánto hay o cuánto se hace de algo.
Se usan para expresar cantidad, medida, grado o número, sin necesidad de dar una cifra exacta.

📌 ¿Dónde van?

Generalmente van antes del verbo, adjetivo o adverbio que modifican, o al final de la oración, según el tipo.

✅ Antes de sustantivo (much, many, some, any, no…)

1. There are many students in the room.

3. She doesn’t have any friends.

6. He drank too much water.
7. They ate too many cookies.
8. You have enough money.

✅ Después del verbo (a lot, a little, enough)

9. He studies a lot.
10. She sleeps a little during the day.
11. We work enough to succeed.

❌ FRASES NEGATIVAS

1. I don’t have much time.
2. There aren’t many chairs.
3. He doesn’t eat a lot.
4. We don’t need any help.
5. She didn’t drink enough water.

1. Do you have any money?
2. Are there many people here?
3. Did she eat too much cake?
4. Is there enough food for everyone?

🧠 DIFERENCIA ENTRE CONTABLES E INCONTABLES

• Much / Little / Too much = sustantivos incontables (agua, arroz, leche, tiempo)
• Many / Few / Too many = sustantivos contables (libros, manzanas, amigos)
